General description:
The “K” cart tunnel is a system recommended for deep-freezing small quantities of product that is not in continuous production.
This system consists of a cold room with floor that holds one of more carts carrying stainless steel trays.

The cold room is supplied to the customer with the cart carrier.

Ventilation system:
The cart carrier is manually inserted in the cold room on a guide that positions it in front of the treated air output.
Thanks to stainless steel conveyors, the entire cart is uniformly hit by the air flow, guaranteeing perfect treatment of the product.

Electrical control:
The control system consists of a control panel equipped with a regulating thermostat through which the user manually sets the operation of the system (set-points, differentials, timing, auxiliary relays, etc.)
