General description:
The “FL” floating tunnel is a compact system whose small dimensions allow it to perform a multitude of different types of processing.
It can be used for both cooling and quick deep-freezing of several small food products, such as: tortellini, ravioli, minced vegetables, etc.
This system is especially recommended for products in small pieces since the strong ventilation from below lifts the product, favoring movement and, thus, allows uniform treatment of their entire surface.
Technical features:
The tunnel's principal technical characteristics are:
- a stainless steel structure with special techniques for guaranteeing the maximum sanitization during washing;
- a polyethylene belt that guarantees lubricant-free operation and the maximum sanitization;
- a series of turbo fans positioned below the belt that lift the product.
Electrical control:
The control system consists of a power panel with a 4x20-character LCD “user terminal” and a series of additional buttons and indicator lights.
By following the simple instructions provided by software the company developed in-house, the user can control the system, setting all the processing parameters (belt speed, temperature set-points, etc.) |
