General description:
The “drop” tunnel system is recommended for lowering the temperature or deep-freezing small-sized bulk product that requires movement during the cooling phase in order to avoid agglomeration.
This machine is entirely designed and constructed based on the customer's needs.

Technical features:
The tunnel's principal technical characteristics are:

1. all-stainless steel structure;
2. frame for positioning of staggered surfaces so that the product can drop from one surface to another;
3. polyethylene belt than can be selected from a variety of sizes and shapes.

The handling system is driven by a single motor, which moves all the rotating shafts to pull the belt of each surface.

Electrical control:
The control system consists of a power panel with a 4x20-character LCD “user terminal” and a series of additional buttons and indicator lights.
