MINI COLD ROOMS - FOR CHEESES

 

DRYING ROOMS FOR “CHEESE 4/6” FORMAT

General description:
“CHEESE” is a high-performance drying and aging system for cheeses that yields a significant quantity of product.
The dimensions of the cold rooms have been skillfully designed to provide correct air circulation through standard format carts.

Ventilation system:
The rooms are equipped with forced ventilation obtained through:

  1. an air-treatment unit;
  2. stainless steel air output channels;
  3. diffuser tubes that descend along the side walls of the room and convey air uniformly over the product through slits located based on the heights of the shelves of the carts.

Electronic control:
The control system consists of a power panel with a 4x20-character LCD “user terminal” and 15-button keypad.
By following the simple instructions provided by software developed by our company, the user can control the system, set the parameters for three different processing modes (manual, semi-automatic and automatic) and all its other advanced functions (air change, pause-work, etc.).
