MINI COLD ROOMS - FOR CHEESES

 

“ASF 2/4” MINI COLD ROOMS

General description:
ASF 2 and 4 are latest-generation systems for drying and aging cheeses.
These mini cold rooms were designed to hold 2 or 4 carts consisting of stackable surfaces made of food-grade plastic and adaptable to the size of the product being treated.

Ventilation system:
The mini cold rooms are equipped with a forced ventilation system, based on side channels, that blow air on the product uniformly through slits that match the heights of the shelves on the carts.

Electronic control:
The control system consists of a power panel with a 4x20-character LCD “user terminal” and 15-button keypad.

By following the simple instructions provided by software developed by our company, the user can control the system, set the parameters for three different processing modes (manual, semi-automatic and automatic) and all its other advanced functions (air change, pause-work, etc.).
