Designed to dry and age small and medium quantities of deli meats, they are suitable for those who want to start big or already have a certain amount of production capacity.
The capacity of the single-cart model is about 180 kg (ARC 180) while the two-cart model holds 300 kg (ARC 300).
In addition, it is possible to add the aging module (SRC) to every model.
These mini cold rooms use the most innovative technology available on the market today, such as the heat recovery system, which provides energy savings, while guaranteeing high-quality performance.
Ventilation system:
The inside of the cold room is ventilated with channels that convey the air flow along the side walls.
Then, deflectors send the air towards the center of the room, where the air return system forces the flow of air uniformly over the product.
All air change phases are programmed from a controller located on the front panel of the mini cold room.
Electronic control:
The control system consists of a power panel with a 4x20-character LCD “user terminal” and 15-button keypad.
By following the simple instructions provided by software developed by our company, the user can control the system, set the parameters for three different processing modes (manual, semi-automatic and automatic) and all its other advanced functions (air change, pause-work, etc.). |
