General description:
UVM and UVB are industrial systems for preserving food products.
Operating temperatures range from 0 to 4 ˚C for the “UVM” model and to -20 ˚C for the “UVB” model.
The system's correct operation is guaranteed by the perfect control of the temperature obtained through the use of a dedicated controller that conforms to the parameters required by current standards.
Ventilation system:
Air diffusion is controlled by a series of suitably-dimensioned evaporators that generate the ventilated cold necessary for preserving products.
Electronic control:
The control system consists of a control panel (with or without the power part, depending on whether it is a centralized or independent system) equipped with a programmable thermostat that the user uses to set the operation of the system (set-points, differentials, timing, auxiliary relays, etc.)
