General description:
SCT is a defrosting system equipped with a heating and product maintenance unit. Heating is accomplished by diffusing warm air through stainless steel channels.
The power of the heating system is regulated by the temperature measured on the surface of the product; in this way, defrosting is gradual and does not attack the product.
Electronic control:
The control system consists of a power panel with a 4x20-character LCD “user terminal” and 15-button keypad.
By following the simple instructions provided by software developed by our company in-house, the user can control the system, setting the parameters for four different processing “modes” (manual, semi-automatic, automatic and PHASEck) and all the other advanced functions (air change, pause-work, etc.) |
