WHO ARE WE?
We are a company specializing in the design and construction of:

- cold rooms for food preservation;
- tunnels for freezing, pasteurizing, cooling and much more.

Our strong focus on market trends together with years of experience in this field, allow us to implement “turnkey” technological solutions with high standards of quality, custom-tailored to our customer's needs.
We have received a lot of recognition over the years and, today, we are one of the foremost Italian companies in the field of food-processing engineering.
HISTORY
Our company was founded more than twenty years ago through the dedication of four Umbrian partners who, after gaining years of experience in the sectors of food refrigeration and the drying-aging of deli meats, decided to design and offer the market innovative technological solutions for improving the quality of products from the Italian gastronomic tradition.
The high performance of our first machines, together with our ability to teach our clients the “tricks of the trade” we learned in the field, have allowed our company to grow into the flourishing enterprise it is today.
In 2004, we reacted to a sharp increase in production by transferring to a new, larger corporate complex that currently provides us a high degree of production flexibility and the ability to provide an effective response to our customer's needs.
