Given our thirty years of experience in the refrigeration industry, we are able to design and implement:
• systems for drying, smoking and maturation of cold cuts, hams, cheeses and fish;
• defrosting systems for meat and fish;
• clean rooms and air-conditioning systems;
• refrigeration units.
All the aforementioned systems may be equipped with supervision and remote assistance to monitor and administer use from a distance and to register production data up to a maximum of eighteen months.
